      image It is a beautiful hotel with great charm and an outstanding staff. We loved the comfy family room and were impressed by a real homemade breakfast.

      image I cancelled a reservation 3 days in advance of our arrival back in July. I have been trying to get ahold of someone at Vida Boutique since then to get a refund. No one answers emails. No one picks up the phone.
      Just saw your response. That is fine, but it shouldn't take 6 months of trying to get a response from you.

      Hi SaraThe refund of the reservation is only available if you cancel before 7 days. It is our policy as in most Bed and Breakfast places.
