I would not recommend anyone getting there outboard repaired at this place. I had this company do a bunch of work on my outboard, well after one of the repairs they did my outboard ran like crap for a few months, I bring it to them to be repaired and after paying them between 4500 & 5k Im stuck with an outboard that still runs like crap. And the place does not stand behind there work, Ive paid way above what I should have and instead of actually fixing the thing they make up all sorts of excuses as to why its ok that they robbed me. Didnt want to write this review (And could go on and on about why Im unhappy)but I know if I did this to someone theyd do the same thing. Dont end up like me because if they get your money and dont fix your outboard youre sol and theres absolutely nothing you can do..
Outboard is beyond scope and beyond repair let me guess now its because the hours are too high? My outboard is at another mechanic and the problem is exactly as I expected and what I told you I believed was the problem good thing I spoke with that other mechanic, huh?. . And no Bob, no other mechanic said anything like that. I never had another mechanic work on the outboard until now because I had already spent too much money with you, I just spoke to another mechanic for some guidance as I dont have endless funds to just give to a company for nothing. Im not a complete idiot as you may believe, another mechanic couldnt decide if an outboard is unable to be fixed unless they actually did diagnostics on said motor. I only spoke with another mechanic I never brought the outboard to another mechanic Bob. I would not write a poor review unless I absolutely felt like I was done wrong, I am very reasonable but like anyone else dont like to feel taken advantage of.

If you own a boat in MA this is the place to go! I've been going here since 2003. Before I got involved with boating my husband went to one or two other places which were awful. I found USA Marine and we both agree it's the BEST boating place around. They are knowledgeable and they actually CARE about their people! Seriously, they really do care! I cannot say enough about how awesome the staff at USA Marine is. I've been through several boats with them from speed boats to pontoon boats. They are always accomodating, always super nice to deal with and very reasonably priced (I know this for a fact!). If they can fix an issue in the water they come right to my boat dock. If they need the boat in the shop they will get it in and out as fast as they can so you don't miss any boating time. They've taken care of maintenance on all of our boats and they've re-done a boat for me from the bottom up including interior etc. Our Pontoon boat just got brand new flooring and it looks great, was done truly professionally to last us a long time and was a great deal. They have great packages for winterizing and storing boats as well. Everyone in my boating community goes here and loves them too! Again, can't say enough about the staff, the service and the prices! I'd never go anywhere else!
