Right from the minute you walk into the office, you realize its not your average car dealership. Everyone in the office acts like they know who you are, even though theyre not selling you the car. My salesman,Rachid was very easy to work with. He explained everything in detail to me about obtaining my car, he even came all the way to Springfield to pick-me up . I highly recommend this car dealership to everyone. You wont be disappointed and will drive away with a quality certified used car.

Jaden was absolutely wonderful! He called me the same day I submitted my finance application and got started on my purchase immediately. I am someone that has a lot of problems with my credit and Ive been told no by numerous dealerships. My last hope was Enterprise. I submitted that final credit application with zero expectations. About an hour later Jaden called me up and had approval terms for me. I was shocked! I had just been approved for a 2021 Jeep Compass! Thats the newest car Ive ever been approved for! I was skeptical based on past experiences at other dealerships though. I asked him to reassure me that this was an actual approval and not a pre-approval. It was 100% real! I was able to complete all of my documents electronically before even setting foot in the dealership. I kept stating that I didnt want to get to the dealership only to be told I needed to put more money down. To ease my mind Jaden sent me the payment system to submit my true down payment online. After going back and forth via email, I was ready to go into the dealership to finalize the rest of my paperwork. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by the friendliest staff I had ever met! Jaden is new to the dealership and everyone working with him was so willing to lend a helping hand when he needed it, and explain everything in terms that I would understand. I highly recommend Enterprise for all of your car sales needs! Go see Jaden! He will treat you like family and get you driving in something amazing.

Best customer service, Ive received from rebecca and Malaki. This car sales team has a very warm welcoming vibe and extremely helpful. I was doubtful about getting into a new vehicle but they made it possible and made sure to educate me along the way. Def recommend if you looking for a new vehicle, youll be well taken care of.
