2 stars because it is cheap thats about it. Their washes leave the car dirty because they dont clean the equipment. My mirrors were always folded in at the end and the front license plate always got all jacked up. plus whatever they are using leaves a greasy film on the car. recently I had gotten a replacement credit card that wasnt on file and I didnt have it with me and the man that works there (I dont know his name but he needs dental work) treated me like an idiot criminal and put on this whole ordeal in front of a line of customers. shut down the wash and told me to come back with my new card. This is the dollar tree of car washes. Probably does more damage than good.

It is the third time , I go there in 6 PM and it's closed , in website it says till 7.

Buyers beware of this car wash their equipment is shorty and never fixed if your car gets scratched they will deny it they will say we looked at the video footage and we couldn't do anything or see anything beware buyers beware do not waste your money there anymore look at your car when it comes out guaranteed to be scratched Go somewhere else.

The name â€˜Golden Nozzleâ€™ derived from the color of the gas station pumps at F.L. Robert gas stations in Western Massachusetts. In the fall of 2016, Nouria Energy acquired F.L. Roberts & Companyâ€™s 26 convenience store and 22 Golden Nozzle Car Wash locations in Massachusetts and Connecticut. The chain has become the gold standard for car care in the region. Golden Nozzleâ€™s successful Unlimited Wash Pass program began in 2008. Members of the monthly wash program enjoy unlimited car washes at any Golden Nozzle Car Wash location in five New England states.
