I had my phones on sprint and move to boost.... I have no complains at all, the service is cheap and works good.

Watch out for criminals and scammers! I bought a new Galaxy S20 to replace my S10, and I went to the store to ask for help getting it activated. I was pretty sure that all you needed to do was swap over the SIM card, but I wanted assistance. They told me, just moments ago, that I needed to buy and activate a new SIM card. When I pressed them on this, they said that there was no way to use the old SIM card unless I called customer service, and even then it was unlikely. So I asked them for the customer service number, and both clerks started to get fidgety. I called, in the store, and found that ALL we needed to do was take out the SIM card and put it in the new phone: I could have done it myself. I walked out of there with my new phone activated, not having had to pay, but if I'd fallen for their trap I would have dropped $35 unnecessary dollars. Boost as a company is good, but the guys in this store acted like crooks that are just looking to take your money. At BEST they just didn't know their system or procedures, and even that's not acceptable, though... I feel they knew darn well what they were doing. Shame on you. If you read this review, call 611 on your phone FIRST to get support before you go to this store.

They don't pick up there phone when u try to cell the store to ask theme if my phone came in that I order to have it ship to the store but they never wanna answer the phone
