Amazing customer service. Both the owner and his wife were super friendly and so helpful. They even threw in some extras for a great discount. My husband and I switched from a t-mobile family plan about 2-3 weeks and our service has NEVER been better. Trying to get my other family members to switch. We will definitely be back just for the amazing customer service we received. We recently moved out of the city about 30 mins away but will continue coming to this location for sure! I had a friend who had a broken Cricket Wireless cell phone, & even on the telephone, the woman I spoke to at this location was kind, courteous, & helpful. Upon arrival, we were met with a smile & given options based on my friends plan. Happy to say, within 30 minutes and at less than $100 we were out the door with a brand new upgraded cell phone that had all of her info transferred over to the new phone, what a relief! Considering the alternative was to mail in the phone for $20 less and go without for up to a week, and perform the transfer alone- this was the way to go and the woman was SO helpful! We learned at the end of our visit that she was training but youd never know because she was so calm, knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommend.
