Had 3 Fabulous woman clean home in Newport after a move out as new owner. They worked so hard and cleaned areas that I never thought they could get clean. They are absolutely the best!! Called on 3/3 for two rugs to be cleaned. Got pricing and hired their service. The next day, Their tech showed up right on time and did work as requested. Extremely polite and professional. My Bride had only one word when they were done. AMAZING! That says it all. 100% will use them as needed, they are great to work with.

After a year and a half of using this service we are officially done. We have tried time and time again to be flexible but its hard with a one year old. We have asked multiple times to have the cleaners come at a consistent time and that was never honored, having to call THEM 3-4 hours asking if they were going to conduct their services, multiple rooms not being cleaned, and the cleaners accidentally have broken glasses and picture frames. AND their payment plan is super disorganized and we have had been charged multiple times for the same subpar service. Yes we are done and happy to move on with a new independent woman who runs her own cleaning service and we know well. While TMS puts on a good front initially, they progressively get lazy. Stay away
