Atrocious and dishonest. By far the shadiest contractor I have employed in my 19 years as a homeowner. 18 months, 2 contractors and thousands of $ to fix their incompetence.

Even though the project started out a bit bumpy, you can tell alot by a company how they recover from any mishaps. Tom wilson (the owner) took charge of the project, and he and his crew ultimatley created a bautiful deck for my wife and I. Once the permit was pullled it only took seven days of work to compelete the project. We have a beautiful two level deck that is worthy of the Trex showroom. I highly recommend Remodel and Renew Home Improvement for any construction projects especially a new deck!

I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years on various home projects. Mike and his team at remodel or renew home improvements gave me the absolute best experience I have ever had on a project. We were looking to replace our backyard decking. I had six or so different companies come out to look and give me quotes. Mike came out the same day and gave me a price that I felt was fair and competitive with the other quotes I got. First of all, I felt Mike was genuinely excited and cared about the work he was doing. He was able to start almost immediately, and right away I was impressed on how fast the project was progressing. The entire team from remodel or renew, was amazing. They showed up early every day and worked extremely hard. Throughout every stage of the project, they were detail oriented and went above and beyond anything I had ever experienced. My deck which is fairly large with two levels, and a built-in bar is absolutely gorgeous. The project was finished ahead of schedule, and we are extremely happy with everything. We researched contractors for a month, got 3 quotes and compared them to each other. 2 were close in pricing , the other was 40% more, probably because the big name and high pressure tactics. In the end we hired Remodel or Renew home Improvement. The professionalism and care they showed us in the bidding process transferred to the install. They started the job (a 16x16 deck, TREX) on a Thursday, had the inspections and finished a beautiful deck in a week. We are thrilled with their care for our home and the ease of the process.
