The crew from Ricciardi Brothers working to install new water lines in Shrewsbury have been incredibly helpful and diligent. When an issue arose that was not addressed by the town or the town's suggested avenues, Ricciardi Bros worked without hesitation to fix the issue. I am incredibly grateful for their thoughtfulness and readiness to assist!

We contracted Ricciardi Brothers Inc. for our sewer line replacement. We were very happy with the work, the crew were very professional, and friendly, and answered all our questions and concerns. The final phase of the work was the excellent cleanup after the construction. Great company and crew highly recommended for your choice for companies

I have been hesitant on writing this review because I am very patient but after several calls to this business there has been no solution. In the summer of 2020 I received a knock on my door from Jim Ricciardi JR asking if it was possible to hook up to my water source. He had promised a gift card of $100 if I let them do so. After several days the hose was still not disconnected and my family and I began to wonder how much water was taken. Eventually we noticed there was no longer a need for it so instead of this business coming by and dropping off a gift card and taking their hose, they had ended up just leaving the hose on our property. I had called them twice to resolve this issue, and was always told that someone would contact me. This is very unprofessional for a business that is dealing with neighborhood sewage infrastructure.
