I came to Worcester Quality Dental with a faulty crown with trapped decay that needed addressing. Dr. Farah and his team did an amazing job with the replacement. The temporary crown placed was comfortable and secure and the permanent crown was delivered quickly. Dr. Farah is gentle in his work and was super attentive to any sensitivity I was feeling. All of the staff are very personable and made me feel comfortable right away. I highly recommend Dr. Farah and his office if youre shopping for dentists in Worcester!

My family and I have had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is super friendly and very professional. Dr. Farah did two fillings, one of which was tricky. Both procedures were quick and painless. We have started to bring our 18 month old here as well. They made it a very simple experience. If youre looking for a new dentist in Worcester, I would highly recommend.

After spending quite some time not going to the dentist due to my last experience with another Dental place I came across Worcester Quality Dental. I decided to give them a shot and it was a great choice! Dr. Farah and the entire staff was professional, super kind and very detailed about everything that needed to be done for myself. I am very pleased with all of my services and just the overall dental experience!

Worst dental experience of my entire life. Do not go here. Do not give this practice any money as they will squeeze you for everything they can.
I moved around a bit and have finally settled down. I thought getting a dentist close to where I live would be the best, but I was wrong. I hadnt had a cleaning in 5 years and really just needed to get a permanent dentist again for that and for a painless cavity that I saw and wanted to address.
The very first time I saw this Dr. Michel Damerji, in the beginning of 2023, he told me I needed a crown. He would not do a cleaning beforehand. I disagreed with him from what the X-ray showed, but Im not a professional so I just let him schedule it. He said I would not need a root canal since there was still a good layer of tooth under the cavity and above my roots. The x-ray clearly showed this. The first crown appointment was extremely painful as they did not numb me correctly or wait for the numbing to completely set in. For the next week, the amount of pain in my mouth only increased. I called the emergency dental line a few days in, and the dentist proscribed antibiotics without even seeing me. He then said I needed a root canal (again, without seeing me).
He sent me to his other office for the root canal to be done by another dentist. The root canal dentist was amazing, and I didnt feel anything. He asked if I wanted him to finish the crown and I immediately said yes, please. The secretary called Damerji and he refused to let him and said I was HIS patient. I had to have a temporary crown on for the weekend and way longer than I would have if I was provided proper care.
I then went back to the Damerji for my permanent crown. This time, they numbed me so much that I didnt have control of my tongue for much of the rest of the day. He told me it would move my other teeth because it was too big, but he said it would be fine. He took the temporary crown off by squeezing it with what looked like pliers. Pieces of the temporary crown went in my throat and all over the place. I had to make them stop to cough it out.
The pain for the first two weeks felt like I had braces on again and I felt pressure on the teeth in front
of the crown. I ignored it and thought it would be fine. Then, a few months later, I was flossing around the crown and the floss got stuck under it. It came up a bit and there was blood everywhere. I had to cut the floss pick out of my mouth and bite on a towel until the crown was back in place. I had all of that pressure all over again, and now I have a wobbly crown with sensitivity around the area and am out around $3,000.
On top of all of this, they stated that my teeth were so bad that I would need a deep cleaning done in two sessions where they would numb me to high heavens and only do one half of my mouth at a time so that I could chew for the rest of the week. I found out that this was a lie. Do not ever pay this practice a dime.
My family dentist, that has known me most of my life, is a bit of a drive from where I currently reside. I opted to go back to them after months of mental anguish about my teeth and this horrible experience. They completed a routine cleaning and told me that my teeth were not bad at all and couldnt believe that I hadnt had another cleaning in so long. Theyre also going to keep an eye on the crown because they took another x-ray, and something doesnt look quite right. Im going to stick with my family dentist since they actually know what theyre doing.
