Called the number in the back of the card, wasnt helped and the supervisor, Mike K put me on hold until the bank closed and was never helped. Someone claimed to be me and withdrew $2500 out of my account and I was told DCU couldnt do anything because it was a pending transaction. I tried to move my funds but was told that the money would still withdraw and the funds will still leave my account. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND AWFUL BANK! Doesnt even deserve any stars!

Gotta love it when there's tons of people waiting in line and most of staff behind the counter ate talking doing absolutely nothing, no wonder why this branch has the worst review of them all

I enjoy the bank and always treated professional.. what I don't like is every time I got to do any business. The homeless accost the patrons coming in and out. I've personally had to tell the one guy who's always there no three times on one trip I don't have any money. Then last week I walk in hes inside mulling around the coffee machine.. my wife goes there with our children. Enough is enough! Do something about this or your gonna lose my family's business. It's a safety issue someone is gonna get mugged there. This is at Tobias Boland Way....
