Snowbird Garage Doors

We purchased 2 garage doors from this company and all I have to say is I had the worst EXPIERENCE ! Terrible customer service, I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy! THE GUYS INSTALLING THE DOORS WERE THE ONLY COMPITANT PEOPLE I DELT WITH. Please read other reviews before using this company!

When I contacted for a garage door quote, I got terrible service. Inconsiderate, disrespectful, and snobby. Used them before, won't again and won't recommend them.

After four hours of waiting, they eventually gave me a quotation for my damaged garage door, which I needed serviced quickly, but their next available appointment was in a month! And they think it's alright to make you wait 4 hours before telling you that it will take a month for an urgent repair? That's ridiculous! As a result, I hired a different contractor who was able to fix my door the same day at a lower price!

Awful on the phone; nasty and obnoxious. This seems to be a recurring issue for his clients, based on the feedback he's received. I'd prefer to go somewhere else.

Garage door installation has never been worse than this. It would be great if the students at the local special needs school were in charge of the project.
