New England Gastroenterology Associates, P.C.

Ive been suffering from gastritis and acid reflux for almost 3 months now. Been trying to call for two weeks to get an appointment. Left a message with someone at the desk and never received a call back. Seriously answer the phone and check messages and DO YOUR JOB. You get paid to help people. The least you could do is pretend to care. My insurance is through the roof trying to see a GI. Im not even 25 years old having GI issues and this office does not seem to care. Its ridiculous.

Dr. Kim is simply amazing and God sent. I have been seeing him for about 6 years now and I wish every doctor was like him. He takes his time to understand and hear what is troubling you, what your experience is like, and then provide you with a treatment plan. All the while being kind, caring and personable.

Impossibly difficult to get the results of my biopsies. Their phone is always busy or redirected to an answering service who never picks up. Exasperating, to say the least. I still don't have my results three weeks after the procedure.

Had a referral for this location, it was a constant headache back and forth to get my information over to them. The would not communicate with my primary care and it was a constant chase, they never answered the phone when I called and their fax line was always busy. After weeks of back and forth I finally got an appointment, but they said I needed an endoscopy first, which was not needed (I needed my GB removed), so I canceled and found a different doctor at UMASS. I found out later was charged for an EXTENDED in person appoint that never actually happened. I filed a report with my insurance company and I have been fighting with my insurance company and them for almost a year now, I was told to disregard the bill, but just got a letter in the mail as New England Gastroenterology had sent me to collections!! I'm not jumping through MORE hoops to get this resolved. AVOID this practice LIKE THE PLAGUE!
