Carlos provides a wonderful service. His cars are always clean, comfortable and warm. Carlos is always on time and friendly without being intrusive. He does not sit on the phone or play noisy music. I have been using his service for about 3 years. I travel frequently, and it is always a good way to begin and end my trips. I highly recommend Carlos.

I ride with Confidence Transportation weekly. All rides arrive on-time and I am always transported in a clean late model SUV. As I travel so often for business, I was looking for a small family owned company that appreciates the business. I was also looking for the service to be flexible as my needs and pick-ups change frequently. I have found these qualities and many more with Confidence Transportation. Thanks for excellent service. I have been driving with Carlos for only a month but his professionalism, flexibility and service far outweighs the service that I have used for the past 6 years. I can depend on him to arrive promptly (He always ends up waiting for me) and his fleet is clean as a whistle! Prices are fair and Carlos (havent had an opportunity to ride with Kilian) is friendly and has the best music collection!! I will give all of my personal and professional business to Carlos. Its like riding with a friend- always greeting me with a smile!! Im confident that every ride will be as good as the first!
