Kevin has been amazing! Hes been my agent for 2 years and has helped me find an affordable insurance plan. He has also helped through every issue Ive encountered easily. He is definitely the agent you want on your side!! Thank you Kevin for being so helpful!!

If I could give them negative stars I would. Stay away from this agency. The agent by the name of Dan quoted me an insurance policy that was over $1,000 less than what the insurnace company tried to charge me after I transferred my insurance policy. If this wasn't bad enough, Dan then stopped responding to my calls, texts, & emails. I then had to find another agent somewhere else to get me out of this mess & Archetype did not even have the professional decency to cancel my old policy when my new agent sent over the request to cancel. 4 months running now, & I am still dealing with the mess Dan created. By far the worst experience I have ever had with any customer service situation. Stay away from this company if you like your time & money, as they will waste both. In response to their response. You have had my cancellation paperwork for weeks & have done nothing. So, I'm sorry, you do not do what you are stating here. I also will be filing a complaint with the board of licensures for this gross mishandling of the situation.
