The new lady making breakfast is a sweet heart love her and her breakfast is delicious.. whatever she is doing it works dont recommend changing her menu.. and the lady who does the overnight shift I absolutely love her . The staff are amazing very nice

A number of homeless and migrant guests which effects the experience of staying in an expensive extended stay Marriott property. The Beach Wood hotel down the street chose not to embrace this type of enviornment. The overall enviornment feels unsafe at times. Its too bad because the staff is great, rooms are nice but not worth the anxiety over safety.

Not really NICE Area to be and hotel has terrible service and staff is very bad for attitude Management bad Manager Jasmine is very rude spoiled Girl I stayed in the hotel for three months and every single time you approach hotel desk people would be there confused old people work also immigrants working there not the best hotel area BAD EXPERIENCE

I accompanied my boyfriend here who worked nearby. We stayed here for 4 weeks. The room was a bit old and could be renovated. But it was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. The WiFi was sometimes a bit too slow, you can upgrade it for a fee. The breakfast was completely sufficient. The gym was small but good. The staff was really nice. Room service was available once a week, but you could book it whenever you wanted. The ladies came regularly and asked if you needed anything, like towels or something. The area surrounding the hotel wasn't special, but we knew that before we booked. Unfortunately, the tires of our car were stolen in the parking lot behind the hotel that belonged to the hotel. Unfortunately there were no cameras there, the thieves seemed to have known this. This made me feel a bit uncomfortable and insecure at times. Unfortunately there were three fire alarms during the time we were there. One night there was a real fire, the other two alarms were false alarms. But all in all we were pretty happy with the accommodation and would come back.

Stayed for the first time. Was greeted by Ivana, who was super friendly and welcoming after a long travel day. She definitely made my day better. Room is great but Ivana made the whole stay 5 stars.
