Modern Energy was excellent! Doug Lassen was very good at figuring out placement of mini -splits. I had mini-splits installed in 2 homes and both crews were so professional and efficient. I highly recommend them. Their pricing was better than the other companies that gave me estimates. Great work!

It was an absolute pleasure working with the entire Modern energy team. Everyone from our account manager, Cesar Solano, to the office staff, to the install team was professional, courteous, and communicative. We had heat pumps installed for our entire house. This required coordination of multizone units, work on electrical upgrades, some basic carpentry, and some creativity in figuring out the best system given some unusual layout elements. They worked with us on the process, helped us with paperwork for the Mass Saves program, making sure we were in compliance and able to take advantage of the full government rebate. The team that did the install was easy to work with, professional, respectful of our time, punctual, and all around great guys that produced exemplary work. We interviewed several different companies. All were within the same price range. We chose Modern Energy because of their customer service and flexibility. We do not regret the decision and neither will you. We highly recommend them.

My experience with Modern Energy was excellent starting with Cesar, who explained the whole process and Lori, who helped with the confusing paperwork with Mass Save and other agencies. Chris and his crew (sorry I don't remember all the names) insulated my attic and performed other requirements based on the Mass Save audit. Everyone was pleasant and professional and worked extremely hard. Will, Jake, and Alex did the actual heat pump installation in extreme weather conditions (rain, then cold and wind). They maintained their professionalism and pleasant attitudes. The system looks good and operation is wonderful so far. I appreciate everyone I worked with at Modern Energy and highly recommend the company.

The whole team were efficient, friendly, reliable and personable. The whole process of installing insulation and two heat pumps was done efficiently and on schedule. The sales people were attentive and knowledgable and the office crew made all the paperwork go smoothly. I recommend anyone to take advantage of the Mass Save offers and to work with Modern Energy.
