Two years ago, I paid Lilly $100 for a consultation in regards to an immigration matter. It was truly a painful and difficult time in my life and I disclosed highly sensitive information about the situation I was in. After the consultation, I decided to go forward with her, but to my surprise she then completely ignored all my communication attempts. I emailed, rang and messaged her on Facebook and she just ignored me and did not respond at all. Reflecting back on that time, it makes me sad how I was treated in my time of desperation. If she was unable to take my case on, she should have just told me rather than leave me in suspense. Her actions were not only unprofessional but hurtful and has left a lasting impression to this day.

I found her page online, she was constantly posting or reposting recent content regarding cases like my own. Her videos n posts gave me hope and seemed very friendly. I scheduled a 15 min strategy session with her and she was very unfriendly, uninterested, bland and direct with her responses. Felt like she was eager to get off the phone. Regardless of how off her vibe was, I called and texted couple of times regarding a followup email because I was ready to make a payment and she finally responded saying "...My current caseload does not allow me to dedicate the time necessary to handle your case...". Meanwhile she was just posting about my case category on her social media. I'm glad she didn't take my case because with her attitude my case would have been doomed.

This is my first time asking for help about my immigration case and to be sincere I was nervous about it. Lilly offered me a phone call meeting and for me that was pretty convenient since I have an extremely busy schedule. Thanks to LiLLy legal. I was having less hope when I was trying but the moment and faster she sent everything in to the uscis quickly. I was having the courage like never before that she is serious with her work. I urge everyone to work with her and the team.
