US Tool & Fastener

I drove an hour to give US Tool & Fastener a try today. I wanted to buy a Festool drill, but wanted to be able to compare each model, pick them up, and see how they feel. I'm glad I made the journey. Great service (especially Joe and Ryan), and the biggest selection of Festool this side of Germany. They also have a comprehensive stock of TSO, Woodpecker, Stabila, Sawstop, Bora, and other high end woodworking brands that it is usually hard to view in person. I'll be ordering online from US Tool now that I have a feel for the business. Nice guys that run a good business. Highly recommend.

Customer service is pathetic, Ive been in business for 26 years and would never talk to a customer or be as unprofessional as this companys staff is. When I ordered from this company and had a question about shipping since I paid for 2 day delivery and a week later hasnt shown up , their response was Im not going to listen to you take it up with delivery company.

Zero star if I could, big waste of time. If you need something on the fly this is not definitely place to go. They toke 3 days just to cancel my order, I dont understand how hard that could be.

Good prices when you catch a sale but the rewards points is a scam. Maybe in person you can get some straight answers but online they run you around.

Great experience in purchasing from U.S. Tool and Fastener; salesman (Joe) was pleasure to work with as he answered all questions I had and he had full knowledge of the Festool line. I highly recommend US Tools and Fastener.
