Hostile working environment, low pay, expensive location with little to no parking, absentee management, mind numbing work, rude employees, non-existent coordination and planning. Every day is a disaster and nobody is willing to do anything. Retaliation happens regularly, the place runs on nepotism, half the employees are stoned or just waiting to get off work to shoot up. If you need to collect a check and do not care, this is the place. If you are trying to start a career, avoid Covenir like the plague.

Covenir was a great place to work. The management does a lot to help employees grow within their positions and cares about them. As the company has seen tremendous growth since opening in 2016, the atmosphere can be very go go go and there is always something to do. I enjoyed my time there and met some great people. I look forward to watching the company grow even more. I wish them all the continued success and wish them a bright future.
