2nd time calling and 2nd time annoyed. Battery completely dead in my driveway and the rep offers me a tow. To where?? Apparently in some service companies offer battery replacement and it seemed like it was a BOTHER to even try to get someone tocome out to replace my battery. Thanks for nothing!!!

You get what you pay for, Hanover isn't cheap but the service is great. The adjuster was here the same day I called, looked and found things that I would have never thought of and handed me a check before he left. That my friends is service and is worth every penny.

An auto accident, claim, and repairs was a stressful process. But I am very satisfied with the results. The Hanover people, from initial Claims taking, through Adjuster managing, and Appraiser estimating repairs were all Outstanding. Very professional, clear, considerate, and responsive handling my claim. (Also, Macs Auto Body did a great job in their part of the process, repairs estimate and execution.)

You call customer service and it's terrible, they answer you unprofessionally and leave you waiting a long time to resolve a problem. These are the companies when they make money and if you don't pay quickly they send you a letter or call you.
