        Hi there. Ray & Gisselle and the friends at T-Mobile with so graceful with receiving me. I went into the phone store pretty annoyed and cranky, but Ray & Gisselle and all the friends were so kind and patient with me during a very frustrating time. Thank you so much to them for being so great. :)

        I came in with a host of issues in porting 4 lines over from another carrier (which customer service was unable to help me with over the phone) and also needed a new phone. Ray was extremely helpful running down all parts of the problem and solving them. I left the store with everything in working order.
