i came to the store for the first time and there were many people and i did not know how to sign in and the store specialist Mario helped log me in and was able to service me and my grandmother . Mario was kind and patient and spoke 3 languages . I recommend everyone for their internet mobile needs to this hard working man

Being a customer for over 19 years of Charter/Spectrum services I nearly switched to another carrier. However after my pleasant experience with Mario Ive reconsidered and decided to continue my loyalty to Spectrum as theyve provided excellent customer service and provided me with options and explanations to the many concerns and questions I had. The knowledge, and patience Mario had with me ultimately helped in making my decision. Didnt feel rushed. Great experience. Thank you Mario

I came into spectrum to activate my phone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mario made the experience very easy and enjoyable. It helped that he knew Spanish since my English is not the best. 10/10
