I dont know even where to start. There are not enough adjectives for me to use. Joe Agnelli was a god send! After working 45 years in the same role for one of Massachusetts biggest employers I was retiring with significant repetitive injury damage. My neck suffered the worst along with my hands and carpal tunnel surgery provided little relief. I was referred to Joe and he immediately took charge. Joe pursued and got me a modified work schedule until my age of retirement along with medical treatments. In addition, he negotiated a SIX figure lump sum settlement as I proceeded into retirement and worked with Social Security to ensure I was provided a disability level of benefits. Joe and his office kept in constant touch with me providing me updates at every turn. His positive attitude, expertise and negotiation skills were key. I now know why people will drive hours just to retain him as their attorney!!! Forget all the ads you see or hear on tv, radio, etc. Just go see Joe and you will not be disappointed!!!
