        My experience at NuLife was truly life changing. I entered very hesitant that a group program could actually help address severe mental health and addiction issues but I was entirely wrong. I learned how to face my problems head on, coping mechanisms, and new perspectives on how to approach every day life. The group sessions were so open and made it so easy to talk in depth without ever feeling judged. Liz and Meg are the most amazing people; they are compassionate, relatable and give you the feeling that they truly care about your recovery. I will be forever grateful for their help and all of the amazing things I gained from NuLife. Thanks to all of this I feel fully prepared and committed to continuing my recovery process outside of this group. I hope anyone reading this that is struggling can get a sense of how helpful and safe this program really is, if you give it your full effort each day, you will gain more out of it than you ever could imagine.

        My father recently had a medical emergency while driving. The DMV required that he be evaluated by the licensed counselor and had very strict guidelines. I had called a few places to see who did these assessments for the DMV and was turned away again and again until I spoke with Kurt. Kurt got me to Liz who was absolutely wonderful. They set my father up with an appointment immediately and got everything figured out. I appreciate the compassion, dedication, and kindness that Liz showed my family and will be forever grateful.
