My wife and I went into this housing market without much optimism. Genevieve was very upfront with what the market looked like and the likely projections best off of her expertise. With all those factors, she was still able to get us our first home. She made the process smooth and assisted us with things we needed to look for in a house, as well as negotiation tactics to get the house we wanted at the price range we wanted. She was very accessible, professional, and detail oriented in all aspects of the process. I can't say enough good things. If you need a realtor who isn't going to push you on a property and has your best interests in mind, Genevieve is hands down the best option.

I move a lot for my profession and Gen was far and away the best Realtor I have worked with. I worked with her on both the purchasing and the selling side of things and I can tell you she is great at both. She is on her clients side and takes the time out of her day to make sure you get what you need. Gen will take care of you like you are family I can't recommend her enough.

I give Genevieve Botelho a five star plus. When she first stepped into my home I was ready for a cash settlement. I had no idea what my home was worth. After she did a walk through we sat down to discuss what she thought what it was worth. Genevieve looked right at me and said Im not offering you a cash settlement I can get you a lot more for your home and thats just what she did. After the huge open house she put on within days the offers came in. She was by my side through the whole selling process. Thanks to her honesty and professionalism I couldnt be happier. I cant stop thanking her enough. Genevieve thank once again. I would highly recommend Genevieve if youre looking to buy or sell a home shes phenomenal.

5 stars doesnt even cut it for Genevieve! My husband and I were referred to her from a friend and she was wonderful every step of the way. She got us an offer accepted on our very first home we put an offer in on and now we are settled into our perfect first home. She made the crazy and stressful first time home buying experience SO much better. Youd be insane not to use her for all your home buying and selling needs!

If you are looking for a real estate agent to help you with listing your house than look no further than Genevieve Botelho. We had the pleasure of listing our house with Genevieve when my mother decided to sell. The process could not have been more smooth, from the first time Genevieve met with my mother to discuss how she handles the process of developing the price to list the house for, the marketing of the house and finally any open houses and showings. She came prepared with thoughts on a listing price, comps, market data and trends. The research that Genevieve had done prior to the open house resulted in the sale of my mothers home in 10 days, and at full ask. My mother could not have been happier!
