        Ive only been with the bank for a few weeks, but if you want family style banking this is the place. Setting up my account was easy as pie. The customer service from the Branch manager and her fellow staff members was 10/10. Zero issue banking is the way it should be.

        These people on stafford are not interested in actually helping anyone. Drew and Elaine are solely interested in taking peoples money. Do not waste your time here.

        Millbury Credit Union on Stafford Rd, Worcester, This branch has the worst customer service. Elaine Dupuis and Drew Coutemanche made our experience the worst possibly. Elaine is incredibly unprofessional and 2 faced. She told us we would not have any extra fees, yet there were fees. Do not trust this branch they do not have your best interests in mind.
