Did not follow through on their pre registration and told me to leave when they did not address issues presented in their pre registration Three phone calls days before imaging asking if they were sure I was okay to have procedure 1hour ride to arrive Second attempt paper work said arrival time and was told I was 20 minutes late when arrived The place was loaded with people in the waiting room were running behind Asked if they were running behind why was there an issue with the miscommunication of the appointment time Told me if they let me have my appointment they would have to stay even later than they already were 1 hours ride Told me to leave again Very poor management

Everyone was super nice. I didn't need to wait much and the facility was very clean.

This like best only place for MRI in central Mass I believe the only problem there is parking there is probably 2 handicap and about 10 spots in lot great service and super professional just tough parking!
