        Extremely dissatisfied. At first Kurt was great, but once there was an issue with grinding and then having my brakes smoking on the Mass Pike the customer service went downhill. I dont appreciate being yelled at or lied to. I no longer trust QM&B and do not recommend them. I had my new pads and rotors repaired at another mechanic. I spent more money for peace of mind & safety.

        I thought there was a catch when they told me what it would cost to do a brand new Y pipe, muffler and tailpipe. Extraordinary price. Dropped it off the night before and my vehicle was done by 10AM. Absolutely phenomenal and incredible efficiency. Ive been in the automotive business for 5 years and Ive almost never seen anything done that fast. Also gave me a discount for cash. Great job guys, you have a customer for life.

        These guys do awesome work. 08 Ram Laramie. Couldn't even tell it was running much less a 5.7 Hemi.They made it sound right, with a nice performance dual exhaust, for a very reasonable price. Truck was done the day before it was supposed to be, so quick too. My second truck they have taken care of for me.

      So I just spoke with Kurt, We did front and rear rotors and pads, and you had said the next day you heard a slight grinding noise, we thoroughly checked it the next day, and found everything to be perfect, new brakes tend to make a small amount of noise for up to 500 miles until the non directional finish on the new rotors wear in, which he explained to you. Please ask any reputable repair shop and they will agree.A week later you called back and said that the rear brakes were overheating/smoking, which could possibly be a frozen rear caliper, which we did not replace. We asked if you could drop it off ASAP so we can check it and rectify the situation. That was the last we heard from you.Kurt did say that you lived in the van? so it was tough to drop it off. We dont have a waiting room unfortunately but we were going to make an exception. There was never any yelling or lies at any point.Its unfortunate that you can post statements like this publicly.Please read the 300+ reviews which are all real. Google should have a customer review area for businesses .We honestly try our best to do a good job at a price less than everyone else.
