The same thing happened to us, we arrived late and they said they couldn't take us. They are not busy, they are lazy. When we had our appointment the first time, it took almost 30 minutes to attend to us, so why can they take a long time? we supposed to have an appointment? So why they don't give you the chance that if you arrive late they can see you?

I was late for my appointment. They said if I came within 15 minutes. They could take me. I called and explained . I drove 40 minutes. Traffic was bad and got there at 2:17. My appointment was for 2 They said sorry ,can't take you. Never been here before. Not very happy Will be going to somewhere else.

Dropped off referral for a walking boot! Waited a week no call. Called to receive a "I am sorry we are backed up could u come in Friday afternoon" ! I laughed I was to only wear the boot for 2 to 3 wks. Funny 2wks would b Monday. I told them no thanks. Medical services are terrible
