New patient here trying to make my first appointment I called both numbers and they are giving busy signal noise thats pretty bad

Not to age Dr.Passey but I am 45 years oldI have literally known Dr.Passey my entire life. Not only was he my pediatrician as a child but he was also the only pediatrician for both of my children. Dr.Passey and the rest of the staff go above and beyond. They are all informative, patient, kind and loving. I cant say enough! Just fantastic!!!

My children saw Dr. Passey from birth until adulthood. Dr. Passey is extremely knowledgeable. My children have had run of the mill and unusual childhood illnesses and Dr. Passey never missed a diagnosis. Dr. Passey always listened to my concerns as a parent. He was willing to discuss the pros and cons of treatments. He always provided thoughtful, scientific, and researched based answers to any questions I had. Dr. Passey and his staff are kind, caring and extremely competent. If we called for concerns (big or small) our concerns were addressed immediately, thoughtfully, with compassion, and with respect. We either got an appointment or a reassuring (and correct) reason why we could wait. My adult children have fond memories of going to the doctors office. They feel very fortunate that Dr. Passey and all of his staff are theyre longest and biggest experience with medical professionals. As a parent, I am grateful for Dr. Passey and his staff for keeping my kids healthy and feeling respected as a parent with concerns . After 20+ years of experience,if you want a doctor who is brilliant doctor and a staff that is compassionate, caring, and competent, we couldnt recommend Quality Kids Kare more.

They have the Friendliest staff and they are very responsive. They always answer our calls and welcome our questions as much as possible. I'm very happy with the doctors for my baby. The only downside I would say is they aren't open on weekends.

I brought my son to get checked out bc he was sick and he was sick for 2 days and the third day I made an appointment they did a Covid test told me it would take 24 hours for the results I called the next day before they closed told me they would call me the results werent in why is it when I call them all I get is the results arent in theyll call me I shouldnt have to call everyday to get them and they never called and I never got the results come on like seriously my kid was sick and still is they could of told of if it was or isnt but Ill be taking him somewhere to get checked again where I can get some answers.
