        On Tuesday March 26 2024 when I call them back I miss call yesterday Monday March 25 2024. I call them put my name and birthday and explain what I need refill. One of my medicine is back order and they give me attitude and argue when I am try explaining what risk and what happens to me and they yell at me during on phone and I didnt yell at them and I hang up on them because I dont like they attitude. I will call them back later I think today is not good day. They dont know me well and I like talk about what happened and what my feelings is. I trying make sure I understand and try get 100% clear all same story before talk to doctor or what happened next. But they really good delivery and other and everything else is fine and nothing wrong only today is dont like they attitude. This for My diabetes is important for me I cant get high again because happen to me past few years hard to get right doctor and help me get my diabetes back normal I went hospital last year 2023 I cant do it again.

        Ive been type 1 diabetic for 27 years but suddenly Umass Specialty Pharmacy refuses to fill my glucose, test strips, insulin, or any of my life saving diabetes supplies without me first speaking to some diabetes liaison for an insurance money grab scam?! You people really should step down from the high horse youre riding because its only hurting your business and people like me! Oh did I mention this diabetes liaison whom Im supposed to let educate me on the disease Ive been fighting for 27 years has nothing but a high school education? Youre gonna have to try MUCH harder to outsmart or scam me and my health insurance umass! So disheartening for sick folks like myself to watch money come first! Always! Hospitals are now nothing but money hungry corporations, scamming sick folks in order to make a profit. Prime example of our Broken American Healthcare System
