        Im a local a Realtor and had the pleasure of helping a seller with their condo. I had to secure docs through homewise and then had to make calls into Phoenix to get additional information. They were friendly and their accountants responded quickly with the necessary paperwork. Overall everything went smoothly.

        Phoenix is our Condo management company. I found them very responsive to any issues I reported so far & most of them were taken care very promptly. Also recently I had to interact with "Irina Munoz" regarding 6D certificate. A huge shoutout to her as she went above & beyond her ask to make sure it was delivered on time and in specifically required format.

      • They never call you back. If you have any complaints, they do not care. They are completely unprofessional--they yelled at me just for explaining the situation. They are useless and just want to collect the condo fee for their own pockets.
