        MPM is an excellent and reputable and professional property management company. We had to remove the prior property management company due to their dishonesty and excessive negligence.         I know theres a lot of people out there that live in Condos. This is my opinion on this management company May Property Management is probably the worst management company and very unprofessional. They take additional fees out of your account when you tell them not to and then come up with ridiculous excuses why they did so. I personally think there has to be some regulations on these management companies. All they do is extort money out of you and blame somebody else for it. Michael & Stacey Novia

      Hi Stacy, I did speak with your husband Mike. We don't setup the recurring payments. This is setup by the homeowner (Mike & Stacey). If you select to have the computer to pay the TOTAL balance it will pay the TOTAL due. Unfortunately, after several warning the Trustees voted to fine Mike for illegally parking and blocking access to the dumpster. When the fine posted it was part of your TOTAL balance paid. If you had set it up to pay the Condo Fee only it wouldn't have paid the TOTAL amount. I told Mike that we don't even have access to your setup for security reasons. We couldn't change it if we wanted to. I understand unexpected expenses can be very disruptive to your budget. I'm sure this is a big impact to you and your family.
