This is about the abusing manner of Fernando's towing, you guys should get another towing service & terminate the contract to Fernando's towing or stop using Fernando's towing service, the reason is when he tow a car he damage the car than he don't want to be responsible, example he tow my car twice one time he crack my bumper 1000$ repair, second time he did a side to side damage driver side 800$ repair out of my pockets, I'm not the only one, we are many of us , nobody can't deny anything we got proof , pictures, with dates and time, find a professional towing service, we are the residents of Lincoln village we going to make either Lincoln village in Worcester or carabeta entreprise responsible for this abusing of Fernando's towing. You can easily get professional towing service than Fernando's towing there is no professionalism with this service, i hope you noted this and take action immediately to avoid a lawsuit, we are the community and we defend our rights & the abuse/onjustice, Is not Fair. The worse apartments I ever see or live in my life! Elevators don't work for months! I just miss an appointment with my Doctor because of it. I Waite and a hour, before I took the fire stairs in my 9 floor in a a cast foot so I don't miss my second appoiment. The maintenance S! The only have I plumber for all the towers and apparmnts unit. They put you in a waiting list for it. A took me a year in a wait in list to get my air condition fix and I'm 63 years old and handicap like so many more of all ages here. So if you are look in for a new apartment, this one call Lincoln Village here in Worcester, MA. It's the worse place ever, 4 years of this place excuse after excuse it's the worse as I said I got the horror to live in, so as soon I get a new place in all the waiting list that I apply, I'm out of the horrible place! So do your self a favor in consider others options in apts, cause this "condominium are the worse nightmares for you or a love one. I will not considered not even a star, but to write in it, you have too. A broken foot in a cast and after and a hour I have to take the stairs really? How about the people in wheel chairs, Carrabetta Enterprise? How about a emergency for elderly livin here and no elevators for them to get to the persons in that emergency, eh! How about that and the so many people stuck in your elevators, yeah they fix in one now, after been broke a couple of time and it's been 4 months for you guys to take action, because all the complaint give it by the people that live here, but hey! We have to Waite 6 months to get it work in. An so on, and on! This the song that never END!!!

I love the area. However living here has caused aggravation, Elevators are outdated and brake down frequently. Parking spaces for the residents are not respected. Security has their hands tide because management won't allow towing. Especially when virtually there is little visitor parking. When parties occur, the visitors park anywhere. Taking resident spaces. Most of the resident's are disabled and elderly with NO place to park. Lincoln village has a shortage maintenance. With that said issues with upkeep is impossible to keep up with. ( Like painting and shampooing hallways rugs that are over 30 years old.) Need new rugs. No area for some buildings, for socializing. Otherwise our surroundings by lincoln plaza gives it the plus.
