I found a few of J&Js properties on Zillow and received no responses when I requested to apply. I can understand not responding to online inquiries, Im sure there are a lot to wade through. But there was one property that looked beautiful and I was very interested in. I called the number listed, the agency number, made an account on their website and requested to speak with an agent...multiple times. No answer. I left voicemails. No answer. My partner also called their offices and the agents number. Still no answer even after leaving more than one message. Ive given up on the property, but its still listed. Completely unprofessional to ignore willing customers.

No one ever picks up the phone, No voice mail set up. Made an appt to see an apt. via email, I waited an hour & no one showed up. 24 hours later I still have not heard from anyone, no one picks up the phone & no response to my email after being stood up. Worse treatment ever.
