He was responsive, kept us informed throughout the process, was upfront about what he was going to do, how he was going to do it and what things might come up and what it would mean if they did. We had an excellent experience with Joe and his crew they came and had the whole job done in about 10hours from start to finish they cleaned up the yard very well. They lost a small piece of HVAC channel but Joe got the pieces and fixed it the next day . The roof looks awesome! If you are looking for a meticulous roofer this is it.
