Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance

The department never answers calls/voicemails, Richard Xenos is my case worker and has never once answered my calls or voicemail, and his supervisors never answer as well. Its so sad how this place is for people to receive assistants but no one cares to help. Framingham DTA is so much better.

My foid stamp was stolen on 2/11/2024 at 2 transaction in same store in NY. I called, sugested to change pin # due to food stamp are been stolen, give one time a phone # to call if your food stamp are stolen, to get a real person on line you have to press lost/stolen card, tell the rep answering your call what happened to you, the transfer you to a recorded direction, that you heard one time, on what you need to do on line. You go to the office, you get a new card with new card #, you enter a new pin #, ypu get told your food stamp will be refounded in 30 days. Yeah, right! In 30 days, 3/11/2024 I'll be getting the March amount but never the Feb due to 30 days had passed and Feb amount were used, nothing that they can do. This is what I think, my friend never got her food stamp stolen on January 2024, that's how I know I'll never het my Feb amount refounded. Stop accusing the stores that you think food stamp got stolen because looks like the ones that are stolen the poor people food stamp are the ones that works at DTA office, they know what they do and how they are doing it. Corrupted people!
