Kim is very Thorough and is great at her Job. She is Patient and respectful of all my needs and concerns. She answers all my questions without hesitation. She explains everything as she goes along and she reviews all paperwork before we leave her office.
The Receptionist Samantha is very polite and makes it easy to book an appointment when there she greeted me and she even offered my water or coffee. Over all the office is amazing. I have been to Both locations and they both are always clean, organized and it makes it easy to come back. I will come back every year that I need to file my taxes. Thank you Kim and her team.

Terrible!!! I won't ever even step one foot at the door , my husband and I just filed our 2022 taxes here and we gave them our bank information and instead of putting ours they put theirs without our consent and they never gave us their credit card which was supposed to be given to us after we filed so they ended up declining the direct deposit because the card was never given to us , so they had to send us a paper check which got lost because they send it to our old address ( when we gave them a updated lease with our new address)which they didn't even put the right town ... horrible experience would never go back ....If I didn't have to I would not even give them one star ...
