        Great place to walk or run ( no bikes on paths). Also great to sit on a bench and view the lake ( better in warm weather ). Restrooms: Only open in Summer Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly but always pick up their waste!!! Picnic area: There are picnic tables overlooking the lake and beach area.

        The park is so conveniently located at the junction of Shrewsbury and Worcester. It provides a nice lake view and so many conveniently placed benches and grilling stations. In the morning, the walking path was full of morning walkers. The football ground seemed to be recently renovated. There is a separate pavilion and its own parking and entrance. It can be used for any small gathering. There were so many benches to sit and relax and most of them facing towards lake - and some of the boats with bright light and song - people were having good time. When we visited on 8/24/2023 - the bathrooms were closed / locked.
