I just recently had my first visit and I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend! Ellie Mae loves the staff!

I went there today for the first time. I think they were very very good The only thing I don't like is you can't go back there with your animals I'm extremely used to going into the room with my animals but I understand it's a school. You can't just go into the building I was there for about an hour and a half which I think was a long time but I'll know for next time there's no restrooms I think they did a very good job with my cat. I know they're busy and they give the animals the time they need but I'll know for next time that I have to wait a while I didn't wait to be seen they had the cat back there for a while. He was clearly happy when they returned him to me he was not stressed he was fine but I'm just not used to not going back there with him. And they never do get their phone they never get their phone that's very true because I left paperwork there I have no records on what they did today I kept calling but they never get their phone they even called a week ago to make sure I had the right address and they never called me back so hopefully that will improve.
