This might sound silly, but Orion is the only service place I've ever brought my Volvo to where I haven't felt overcharged or talked down to because I'm a young woman. That in and of itself is enough to keep me coming back, but they're also incredibly communicative, have never needed my car for longer than a day, and I love that I can leave my car here confident in the people taking care of it. My car feels and runs better every time it leaves Orion, and their prices are MUCH more fair than anywhere else that I've taken my Volvo in Ann Arbor. So grateful someone recommended them to me; I can't say enough great things about this place!
