        Would give zero if I could. It takes them at least a week to process a claim. Aflac can get it done in 24 hours. Worst company!!

        I have numerous accounts through American Fidelity- Disability, Insurance, HSA, etc. I have filed claims that keep stating they need additional documentation. Even when provided, nothing. I have been off due to a major surgery for over 2 months and still no disability even though my employer and myself have uploaded all necessary forms. Not even a denial. Just sitting there and nobody to help.
