MLabs (Blood Draw Station) at East Ann Arbor Health and Geriatrics Center

I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The phlebotomists were extremely kind and accommodating. I usually faint during blood draw but that did not happen today. It was a painless and pleasant experience.

I usually have good experiences here, but drove pretty far out of my way for a blood draw that needed to happen today. Hours posted on Google say this location closes at 7:30 today, but they actually closed at 5 due to holiday hours. If youre going to have a holiday hours schedule change, especially on a non-holiday, please update your hours in your listing. Google sends out a prompt when there is an upcoming holiday, and its not hard to do. This is quite an inconvenience, I did not get the bloodwork I need, and would have made other arrangements if I had known.

I had a great experience at this Mlabs location. The nurse who drew my blood was kind and had a great attitude, the facility was very clean. I told her my usual vein was feeling kind of stiff from how many times I've had blood draws and IVs lately, and she found another vein and made it work no problem. Service was quick and no one I interacted with was rude. Highly recommend!
