Mlabs sent me two different medical bills under the same invoice so I wasn't sure if I needed to pay both amounts; everything was identical apart from the price. I disliked their voicemail system for starters, You're given 25 seconds worth of breathless information about how very little time they actually spend at that office. When I finally got a human on the phone, she didn't seem to know anything and proceeded to make it feel like helping me was the worst thing she had to do. I felt bad asking her to repeat herself because she kept whispering. I will say she did eventually give me my answer and I was happy to be off the phone with them. Overall, their service has little to be desired.
