        I understand everyone is understaffed but it would be nice if you could at least post the correct the Lab Hours (and days) shown on the BIG SIGN at the West Entrance of the WestArbor building. Thank you.

        I have never been in that lab for more than 10 minutes and I've been going there for 6 months now and they're very nice

        I go there often for blood measurements. Sometimes, there's a long wait. Always they take good care of me!

        Safety concern in the time of COVID. Went yesterday at about 9:00 AM, the waiting room was full (though socially distanced seating), but right outside the door was a large group of people crammed together waiting. The either need appointments or a way to leave your phone number, you wait outside and they will call when its your turn.
