        Poor management! This office is currently ran by a woman named Patrice. She is a nice person personally but professionally she and management are totally SKUM Lords! The place has nothing to offer to their residents. Oh, forgot a little kiddy place to play. And there base Lot Rent is $600! Just turn around and run as quickly as possible!! Nuff said

        Nasty Water and the Park Manager will wrongfully evict you if you are a Mobile Home Owner and attempt to move it off the property which has clean drinkable water
