        My mom passed March 24th 2023. She wished to donate her eyes. We, as her children granted her wish. My family has Grey eyes and I hope to one day look into her eyes again. To the person who received her eyes I hope you see the beauty that she did with those beautiful Grey eyes.

        They called the day my Hubby passed. Told me he had volunteered to donate his eyes. When I refused she said "don't you want to honor his death by fulanis wishes". How insensitive and rude. Shame on you!

        Have to give a star to post.. Obviously, you have still been holding bodies. My brother in law passed. When we went to the funeral home and found out his body was not there....Eversight has a hold on the body they said. Umm what? He was not a donor. How dare you put a family through this. How dare you make a family have to make phone calls and get stressed out over having a hold on a loved ones body. How dare you do this to people. I will be looking into this further. This is NOT ok to do to a grieving family. I am a donor but will make sure I change some things.
