        Went to go grocery shopping and there are no baskets or carts anywhere available in the store. Had to carry groceries through the store or go outside and retrieve a cart myself. Went through the self check out and there are literally no bags in multiple kiosks.

        Twice I have been given the wrong medication. This third time it has taken two weeks to just get my prescription ordered. I have been to this location twice now for this same prescription. Tues 12/6 I was told they would order it after having the script sitting in their system for two weeks and that it would be in today Thurs 12/8. Today I came to pick up my order and was told they would order it today. No record of my medicine ever being ordered. Will not be coming back.

        I appreciate this pharmacy and only go here for my scripts for my family and pets. They are very accommodating. I would like their phone answer rate to go up however regardless if they answer or not when I go in my script is ready to go. Thank you!
