I used from Sinks to Sewers to do an inspection of the indoor and outdoor plumbing in a house that we are in the process of purchasing. Ben was great to work with, very professional and very patient with my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Had two toilets that needed to be repaired. The office staff was friendly and helped us schedule a convenient appointment. We scheduled for 3:00PM and Eddie was here literally at 3. He fixed everything promptly and took the time to explain everything. Great service. Great value. Will use again.

The whole team at Sinks to Sewers, from the office staff I worked with to schedule the job to Eddie who did the initial investigation, to Brian who came to fix the problem once identified, was absolutely incredible to work with. They returned phone calls promptly, were on the job on time, were friendly and professional, and exceptionally skilled at their craft. Would recommend 10/10. Posting in case others care to only have COVID-19 vaccinated service people because this business has staff who are not. We had two people show up at our home and when I asked if they were vaccinated they took out masks and put them on. Apparently, it didn't cross my partner's mind to ask when he made the appointment. We have used this business over the past 20+ years as home owners but plan to find another service provider in the future.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but I have been unable to get a response from the messages I’ve left. The first time we used this company it was a great experience. The man was knowledgeable, respectful and honest. The second time we used this company we needed both our outside faucets fixed. They came in June 2021 and both are already leaking, it’s July 2021. For 600 dollars I expected better quality. Both of the plumbers that came to my house were nothing like the fist guy. They were rude. One of them used our bathroom literally three minutes after they shut our water off and didn’t flush. Gross! The fact that I can’t even get a call back is disappointing. I thought this was a company that took pride in their work. Guess we will be using another company from now on. Service: Tap repair
